L&D ManagerMidlands / BirminghamPermanent – hybrid work patternMy client is a national organisation. They are seeking an experienced L&D Manager to join the Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-impact training experiences across multiple audiences and who can shape the future of learning across customer facing teams.Key Responsibilities:Day to day, you'll be overseeing the delivery of training programmes and bespoke learning interventions for teams across the UK.You will lead and inspire an experienced team of trainers, ensuring consistency and high standards across all delivery.Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will ensure the learning delivery approach aligns with customer and commercial goals.With a passion for the role of automation in learning culture, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our approach to learning evolvesAs a subject matter expert in learning delivery, you'll be advising stakeholders and supporting key transformational programmes.With an analytical mindset, you'll use data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of training, show return on investment, and identify improvements. Role profile:You’ll be a learning professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing training at scale. You’ll bring fresh thinking, a collaborative approach, and a strong focus on outcomes and quality.
