For you, it means more to make an impact that matters, through challenging projects which demand ambitious innovation and thought leadership.The RoleDLP Analyst – Responsible for monitoring DLP alerts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with security policies.DLP Administrator – Manages DLP policies, updates configurations, and ensures data protection measures are effectively implemented.Security Operations Support – Collaborates with the cybersecurity team to integrate DLP measures with broader security initiatives.Your responsibilities: Monitor DLP Systems – Oversee and manage DLP alerts to prevent unauthorized data access and leakage.Incident Analysis – Investigate DLP security incidents, provide reports, and recommend corrective actions.Policy Implementation & Maintenance – Assist in deploying and updating DLP policies, configurations, and security controls.User Support & Training – Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on DLP best practices.Collaboration with Security Teams – Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with data security regulations.Regulatory Compliance & Auditing – Ensure DLP policies align with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and industry standards.Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed logs of DLP incidents, policies, security reports, and system configurations.Continuous Improvement – Research and implement new DLP solutions, techniques, and updates to enhance protection.Support Integration – Assist in integrating DLP solutions with broader IT security measures and infrastructure.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience: DLP Technologies Expertise – Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, or similar solutions.Incident Response & Troubleshooting – Ability to investigate security alerts, analyze logs, and resolve issues efficiently.Regulatory Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, and other industry standards related to data protection.Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Experience identifying data security risks and implementing necessary preventive measures.Technical Documentation & Reporting – Strong ability to document security incidents, policy changes, and system configurations.Collaboration & Communication – Effective teamwork skills, working with IT teams, cybersecurity professionals, and management.User Training & Support – Ability to educate employees on data protection best practices and ensure compliance with DLP measures.Continuous Learning & Improvement – Commitment to staying updated on emerging DLP technologies, threats, and security trends.Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: Experience with Cloud Security – Exposure to cloud-based DLP solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud).Forensic Investigation Skills – Ability to conduct forensic analysis of data security incidents and breaches.Project Management & Process Improvement – Ability to optimize DLP workflows and security processesChange Management – Ability to raise change request, present it to CAB, manage change requests.Rewards & Benefits TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
