A leading specialty insurance group is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join their growing Change & Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact strategic initiatives, delivering real change across operations, technology, and underwriting functions.The Role: As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering change. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and IT to translate needs into clear, actionable requirements – helping to drive improvements in process, technology, and service delivery.What You'll Do:Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business and functional requirementsDocument current and target state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunitiesTranslate business needs into clear user stories or business requirements documentsSupport delivery teams through development, testing, and go-liveBuild strong relationships across business units, IT, and external vendorsAssist with business case development, change impact assessments, and UATWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within specialty or London Market insurance,Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDetail-oriented with experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and data/documentation managementCollaborative, inquisitive, and proactive mindsetTools: Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart a plusIf you are interested in this role, or other Business Analyst jobs in insurance, please apply or contact Sofia Chaves ()
