Our client a leading housing partnership specialist known for delivering high-quality, community-focused developments is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. You’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects across Bristol, Williton, and Taunton.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company which both values their people and is committed to delivering excellence in everything they do.You will play a key role in overseeing the commercial aspects of our client's developments with key responsibilities including;Producing accurate and timely documentation in accordance with the Surveying timetable, notably PPRs, elemental reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.Managing cost control procedures and supporting cash flow planningHandling all aspects of sub-contractor administrationIdentifying and mitigating commercial risksThe ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in social housing. You will also bring:Strong knowledge of measurement and valuationFinal accounts and sub-contract administration experienceProficiency in COINS softwareExcellent communication, decision-making and time management skills.
