Our technical precision, site discipline, and problem-solving capability have earned us a loyal and growing client base of developers, main contractors, and fabricators.We’re now building a regional sales force to match that delivery reputation — and we’re hiring independent Regional Sales Managers to lead the charge in their areas.About the RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own your patch — whether that’s the Midlands, London, or the South/South-West. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, quoting work, and converting opportunities into profitable jobs.This is a full-cycle sales role: part business development, part commercial quoting, part client negotiation. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with our operations team to align workload and delivery.We’ll support you with tools like Barbour ABI, inbound enquiries, and CRM (Capsule). But the best candidates will already know how to generate leads and start conversations independently.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all outbound sales activity in your regionTarget and win work from fabricators, developers, and contractorsGenerate and follow up 3–5 new quotes per weekUse Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, outbound calls, and past contacts to fill your pipelineQuote and price jobs (training/support provided where needed)Negotiate deals and close projects on target marginsLog and manage all activity via CRM (Capsule)Compensation & Performance StructureComponentDetailsBase Salary£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experienceCommission 6% commission on net margin from closed deals (uncapped)Quarterly Bonus £2,500 if you exceed 120% of your quarterly margin targetLoyalty Bonus £3,000 after 12 months if you hit targets and stay consistent➡️ Estimated Year 1 OTE: £60,000 – £75,000+What We’re Looking For2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or fenestrationComfortable generating your own leads — not waiting for someone to feed youStrong communication, quoting, and deal-closing abilityBasic technical understanding of curtain walling, windows, and doors (we can teach the rest)CRM-literate and target-focusedUK-based with a willingness to travel within your patch for meetings and site visitsWhat You’ll GetUncapped commission and strong performance-based payFull autonomy to build your own book and client baseDirect reporting line to the MD — no red tape, real impactFull support in quoting, pricing, and onboardingCareer path to Sales Manager or Regional Director based on resultsReady to Own Your Region?Apply via LinkedIn or email your CV to:
