Someone tech-savvy, process driven, start-up mentality who is extremely hands on but also wants to have FUN.What you’ll be doing:Own and build global People Ops from the ground up - think onboarding, offboarding, policies, promotions, and moreOverhaul global payroll, EORs and compliance processes - and choose the tools that workBring order to chaos: design scalable workflows and automate wherever possibleLaunch a modern HR intranet and help us go fully self-serveLead, coach and develop a small (but mighty) People Ops teamWork cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT and Leadership to make People Ops feel seamless and intentionalWho you are:
