Job Title

This role sits within a central Program Management team, supporting complex and high-impact transformation programs across Capital Markets. The Rates BA/PM will be responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams, while delivering subject matter expertise in regulatory, risk, and control-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigor and delivery experience and is capable of bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.Skills and Experience Required:Proven experience in hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager roles within Capital Markets or Investment Banking.Demonstrated experience with regulatory or data governance change programs.Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and functions (Interest rate derivatives).Ability to break down complex issues, define clear solutions, and drive them through to execution.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and producing insights. Experience with SQL a plus.Track record of managing multiple interdependent initiatives in a structured and transparent way.Solid understanding of project governance, change management, and control frameworks.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working on regulatory change initiatives (e.g., BCBS, Basel III/IV, FRTB, etc.).Familiarity with front-to-back trade lifecycle and risk/control frameworks.Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business, Technology, etc.).Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
