The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Are you a competent and multiskilled Refurbishment and Maintenance professional or builder looking for a new challenge?We are looking for an experienced Refurbishment Operatives to join our newly created Refurbishment team, refurbishing our new children's homes and schools as part of our expansion plans. You will work as a part of an integral team, carrying out planned and time lined refurbishment maintenance and repair procedures such as plumbing, plastering, painting, basic electrics and gardening skills.We are looking for someone who is happy and confident to carry out a range of works, refurbishment, maintenance and property upkeep with travel across the region to support our growth plans.You will be reporting to our Maintenance Manager, Graham and will be part of a Refurbishment team of 3.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of a team and tasked to refurbish a home/school ready for opening.
