Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal. The paralegal will be responsible for assisting lawyers with cases, preparing first draft legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions. Additional responsibilities may include assisting lawyers in case preparation and management, coordinating with clients and opposing counsel, and maintaining case files. We are open to supporting the right candidate through their qualification process and funding their SQE studies after the successful completion of their probationary period. Qualifications Bachelors degree or Paralegal certification preferred Experience in commercial litigation is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely
