Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across our portfolio of serviced apartments and short-stay units. The supervisor will coordinate a team of cleaners using the Breezeway software platform and will be responsible for physical inspections, team communication, and maintaining our reputation for exceptional presentation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping for 1015 room turnovers per shift, assigning and tracking all tasks through Breezeway checklists Conduct detailed physical inspections to ensure beds, bathrooms, amenities, and overall presentation meet D8 Houses high standards Report maintenance issues and discrepancies via Breezeway Provide on-site leadership, coaching, and support to the cleaning staff Ensure clear communication and effective coordination with a predominantly Spanish-speaking team Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience supervising housekeeping in serviced apartments, hotels, or similar hospitality environments Be bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and support a diverse team Show exceptional attention to detail and high visual inspection standards Be comfortable using digital tools (Breezeway app on tablet or smartphone) Be reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently Benefits Competitive hourly rate above the London Living Wage Flexible, part-time work schedule with potential for expanded hours Supportive and diverse team culture Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility Training provided in all D8 House protocols and digital systems We look forward to welcoming a proactive supervisor ready to make an immediate impact at D8 House.
