What you will do: Ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment for all outlets and events. Operating and maintaining dishwashing and pot-washing machines. Keeping all kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, hygienic, and organized. Supporting the culinary team by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of all kitchen tools and materials. Following the hotels recycling and sustainability policies. Assisting with the cleanliness and upkeep of the staff restaurant. Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly. What you bring: A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. A team player who takes pride in their work. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essentialwe provide full training. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. The Right to Work in the UK.
