VIEW FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Court of Protection Solicitor - NQ - 3 years PQE - North London - 38-45K - hybrid Court of Protection Solicitor NQ 3 years PQE 38-45K dep on experience North London/Hybrid Looking to build a meaningful career in Court of Protection work? Our client is a North London firm with a strong commitment to social justice, working on the front line of legal representation for vulnerable individuals. They hold Legal Aid contracts and are Lexcel accredited. Their supportive, inclusive team is known for its expertise and they are serious about developing our people They are looking for a junior solicitor (03 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Court of Protection team. This is a standout opportunity for a driven and organised lawyer with experience in mental capacity and best interests issues particularly in s.21A applications. Exposure to s.16 cases or a desire to grow in that area is a real plus. You will manage your own caseload, receive support from leaders recognised by Chambers & Partners, and have space to grow your reputation and skills within a progressive, socially conscious firm.
