Senior Food Developer 40,000 - 45,000 West Sussex Are you a creative and commercially-minded Food Developer ready to take your next step? Join a thriving and well-established food business with a strong customer base and a diverse product portfolio. As Senior Food Developer, youll play a key role in shaping the next wave of delicious and health-focused products for leading retail and foodservice clients. This is a newly created position within a growing NPD Team. As a senior member of the department, youll lead the development of innovative products from concept through to launch, using your culinary insight and trend awareness to drive exciting new ranges that resonate with todays consumers. Youll be a key player in customer-facing NPD, managing both new and existing product development (EPD) projects. Working alongside a collaborative team of Chefs, Process, Technical and NPD professionals, youll manage customer projects from concept to launch. What Were Looking For A track record of successful product launches within the retail food sector Strong project management and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams Passion for food, innovation, and emerging trends A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence and permanent right to work in the UK Youll be part of a passionate team in a business that values innovation and quality.
