Finance Manager Salary: Up to 45K Location: Hybrid Central Bristol (1 day onsite per week) Join a forward-thinking, tech-led organisation during a period of growth and innovation! Your Role: Were looking for an experienced and detail-driven Finance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Youll be a trusted contact for financial and commercial matters, supporting the leadership team with insight, structure, and strategic input. What Youll Be Doing: Owning and maintaining accurate financial records in Xero Reconciling bank accounts daily Managing accounts payable and receivable Raising, uploading, and chasing invoices (credit control) Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns Overseeing payroll processes and liaising with external providers Managing pension contributions and monthly uploads Handling payment runs and staff expense claims Assisting with accounting journals and month-end processes Supporting wider teams with financial reporting and commercial queries What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a similar finance or finance coordination role Strong proficiency in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets High attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Whats In It for You?
