Pearse Partners is working with a strong European IB, looking to expand their Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team with a senior analyst hire. The team have strong deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years M&A deal experience from another IB.Key responsibilities:Execution of transactions (M&A) across the PUI sectorInvolved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A processProviding support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationshipsIdeal Background:Minimum 2+ years working in an Investment Banking environmentM&A full deal lifecycle experienceExcellent financial modelling and valuation skillsetExcellent verbal and written communication
