About the RoleReporting to the Senior Veterinary Development Manager, youll be a trusted advisor to around 80 practices in your region. Youll provide expert veterinary guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and help practices deliver the highest standards of care. Youll also play a key role in connecting our veterinary services with the wider pet care business. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport practice owners and teams with clinical and regulatory guidance.Conduct veterinary reviews and ensure compliance with RCVS and Practice Standards.Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement.Lead and advise on business projects from a veterinary perspective.Identify training needs and work with the Veterinary Education team to deliver solutions.Promote the Clinical Academy and share best practices across the region.Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes. About YouMRCVS with extensive clinical experience.Strong understanding of veterinary standards and compliance.Excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.Able to work independently while building strong relationships with remote teams.Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering exceptional care.
