About the roleYou will be able to have the opportunity to assist in lesson learning and occasionally lead activities to help the nursery teacher, which will also include a range of support options in large groups, intervention groups and on a 1:1 basis. This allows the chance to gain valuable new experiences in an early years setting. RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Early Years Teaching Assistant - Wednesbury you will: Experience with Nursery and EYFS students which we can obtain a reference for Be able to communicate well with younger children. Have a DBS that is registered on the update service or be able to arrange one Be able to secure a minimum of 2 professional references. Be a welcoming influence on the classroom and individual’s learning. You will also need to give feedback to the class teacher on this learning Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
