Job Title:Contracts ManagerLocation:London – Office & Site Based Salary:Up to £75,000 + PackageWe are currently working with a specialist fire protection contractor delivering passive fire solutions across a wide range of projects in London. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple fire-stopping contracts from pre-construction through to completion.This is a senior role for someone confident in managing teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring works meet stringent safety and accreditation standards.Key Responsibilities Manage multiple passive fire protection contracts across varying project scopes and sizes Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery and programme compliance Ensure full compliance with FIRAS, ASFP, or other third-party accreditation standards Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors Produce and maintain accurate documentation including RAMS, site reports, and progress updates Ensure all works meet Building Regulations (ADB), fire strategy drawings, and specification requirements Monitor budgets, track costs, and report on commercial performance Provide technical input and programme advice to tender and estimating teams Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure H&S compliance across all sitesRequirements: Proven experience managing passive fire protection or fire-stopping contracts Strong knowledge of fire-stopping systems (e.g. batt & mastic, cavity barriers, intumescent coatings) Familiar with third-party accreditation schemes such as FIRAS, IFC, or BM TRADA Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, or within a specialist fire protection contractor environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing specialist contractor at a senior level.
