Job role: Senior Creative Reporting to: Creative Lead Department: Creative Location: Hybrid / Leeds About the job: As a Senior Creative, you will play a key role in bringing to life the innovative visions outlined by our Associate Creative Director (ACD). This position involves crafting compelling visual narratives and executing creative concepts with precision. Collaborating closely with the ACD, you will produce engaging campaigns, particularly in the retail sector, while upholding the companys commitment to sustainability and strategic excellence. As a key member of the senior management team, you will champion team development, business awareness, and forward planning. You will create a collaborative and proactive environment that ensures creative excellence and aligns seamlessly with the companys strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Creative Execution: Work collaboratively with the ACD to translate strategic visions into outstanding creative outputs. Design and develop compelling visuals and narratives for key retail clients. Project Contribution: Take an active role in the creative development of campaigns, ensuring alignment with the target audience and the companys sustainability values. Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions. Offer input and support to cross-functional project teams as needed. Person specification: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team Strong understanding of business operations, including budget management and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments Expertise in design principles and creative execution, with the ability to deliver visually compelling work. Adept at using Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication skills to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively across teams. Desirable Experience in a B Corp Certified or purpose-driven organisation A minimum of 5 years in a creative role within an agency setting, ideally focused on retail. A robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, from concept to final execution. Experience working under the guidance of an ACD or Creative Director, contributing to successful campaigns. Personal situation For those based in or near Leeds, attendance at the office is expected 2-3 days per week. For those residing further away, visits to the office are required at least 2-3 days per month. Willingness to travel for client meetings and team sessions as needed. Flexibility to meet project demands, including occasional extended hours.
