Senior Production Manager | Luxury London, 4 days in the office 80,000 Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and well-connected Senior Production Manager to lead all aspects of their production process. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently handle end-to-end production responsibilities, and has strong connections in France and Italy. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative discipline, strong number sense, and a rigorous approach to quality control. A bit about the role: Leverage strong relationships with production factories in France and Italy. Manage the full production lifecycle: development, sampling, bulk production, delivery, and post-production feedback. Handle all administrative and operational tasks independently. Oversee and reconcile production-related invoices with precision. Track production costs, flag discrepancies, and ensure alignment with budgets. Conduct regular QC checks, coordinate third-party inspectors where necessary. A bit about you: Proven experience in a senior production management role in fashion or luxury goods. Strong network and working relationships with factories in France and Italy . Fluent in English; working proficiency in French and/or Italian is highly advantageous. Excellent organisational and administrative skills; able to self-manage and prioritise without oversight. High numeracy skills; confident in managing production budgets and invoices. Adaptable, solutions-driven, and highly dependable.
