What were looking for: Proven experience leading teams in an operational, horticultural, or production setting Confident in training, coaching and motivating others A passion for doing things the right way especially when it comes to health & safety and quality Hands-on attitude youre not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed Bonus points if youve worked with tulips or horticulture before (but not essential well show you the ropes) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business thats all about growth not just of flowers, but of people and potential.
