What Youll Be Doing: Greeting clients for in-office appointments with warmth and professionalism Onboarding new clients sending welcome packs, collecting key information, and ensuring all setup steps are complete Registering clients for taxes including VAT, PAYE, Self Assessment, and Corporation Tax Handling incoming calls and emails Managing diaries and scheduling meetings Filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining up-to-date client records Providing general admin support to the wider team What Were Looking For: Previous admin or office experience (accountancy or professional services is a bonus) Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional, friendly manner with a focus on client care Ability to handle confidential information with care Why Work With Us?
