Were now looking for a London-based Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of our brand collaborations and membership club partnerships , bringing Boatsy to premium audiences through trusted lifestyle and travel channels. About the Role This role is all about building high-impact collaborations that expand Boatsys reach, credibility, and customer base. You will focus on two key partnership areas: 1. Membership Club Partnerships Collaborate with leading private members clubs, such as Soho House, The Ned, Core Club, or 67 Pall Mall to provide offers to their members and premium concierge line for their sailing needs as well as in club sailing events. Key responsibilities in this area include: ( Already 6 club partnerships are secured ) Designing white-labeled landing pages on the Boatsy platform offering perks for club members. Coordinating joint marketing campaigns with club teams to promote these offerings while ensuring a seamless booking and concierge experience. Offering wallet credit incentives or special perks for members who book through the clubs dedicated page. Supporting or leading in-person events at club venues (e.g., itinerary talks, sailing night gatherings), especially if you enjoy presenting or have sailing knowledge. Collaborating with clubs on seasonal activations, co-hosted group sails, or member giveaways. 2. Brand & Lifestyle Collaborations Boatsy already works with premium brands like British Airways and Mastercard , and were growing fast in this space. Youll manage and expand partnerships with luxury brands in sectors like travel, fashion, spirits, wellness, and real estate. Activities include: Launching joint marketing campaigns (e.g., travel bundles, giveaways, limited-time discounts). Coordinating event sponsorships , influencer activations, or bespoke experiences co-hosted with partners. Developing co-branded promotions that tie into Boatsys most exclusive routes and offerings. Key Responsibilities Identify and pitch high-potential partnership opportunities aligned with Boatsys luxury positioning. Own end-to-end partnership executionfrom concept to negotiation to implementation. Lead performance tracking and reporting, ensuring value creation on both sides. Coordinate with Boatsys marketing team to develop co-branded content, campaigns, and online touchpoints. Attend networking events, member club gatherings, and brand activations across London to represent Boatsy. Ideal Candidate 5 years of experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, or business developmentpreferably in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. If you are a good presenter and can conduct events in clubs to present about our Worlds Best Sailing Itineraries in an entertaining way to clubs members its a great advantage for you as a candidate for this role. A strong network within UK-based membership clubs or premium brand ecosystems is a plus. Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with confidence in pitching and presenting. Strategic, self-motivated, and execution-driven. Based in London, with the flexibility to attend in-person meetings and host or support events.
