About You: Experience managing big budget campaigns in paid search (minimum 100k / month to be considered). Experience in lead gen campaigns and knowledge of Demand Gen and / or Performance Max (PMax) campaigns. Evidence of scaling campaign budgets whilst improving ROAS. Growth mindset with a passion for paid search - keeping up to date with industry trends, tech and best practice. Confidence to manage stakeholders and lead relationships. What Youll Be Doing: Owning a multi-million paid search budget setting strategy and driving performance. Initially leading an agency in their delivery before moving to direct management of the account once embedded into the business. Reducing CPL and increase ROAS across all paid search channels. Working with the wider business to ensure campaigns are supported with great creative, copy and landing pages as well as converted through the business processes. Developing into a leadership role within Paid Search in a fast growth, secure business. Where Youll Be Based: Hybrid working is available for this PPC job with ideally 2 days in the office. The office is easy to access by public transport from Leeds, Wakefield, Doncaster, Sheffield, Hull and surrounding areas. Its also easy to commute to by car twice a week from most Yorkshire towns and cities.
