This role is ideal for someone looking to progress from the Practitioner level (min. Level 3) or a Deputy Room Leader role.About the RoleAs a Room Leader at Muddy Boots, you will lead a team to ensure that all children receive high-quality care and support, are kept safe, and receive rich and stimulating play experiences that meet their individual learning needs, all whilst having a tonne of fun every day!The kind of person who thrives in the role are:Highly creative - No two days are the same at Muddy Boots, with everchanging interests and curiosities being developed.
