You won’t just be managing pipelines — you’ll own them. From direct sourcing and engaging top-tier talent to partnering closely with hiring managers, you’ll be the engine that drives our next phase of growth.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves headhunting and outreach, and knows how to scale early-stage teams with quality and speed.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, sales, and ops roles.Directly source top candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, etc. — no waiting for inbound.Partner with hiring managers to define roles, scorecards, and process.Craft compelling outreach, screen candidates, and run structured interviews.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline — you’re always nurturing relationships.Improve and scale our recruiting processes, tools, and employer brand.Report on funnel health, hiring velocity, and key recruiting metrics.What We’re Looking For3–6 years experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-scaling tech company or agency.Proven success directly sourcing technical and GTM candidates.Exceptional written and verbal communication — you know how to sell a role and a vision.Organized, data-driven, and process-minded.Comfortable working independently and owning the function end-to-end.Passion for AI, startups, and building early-stage teams.Bonus PointsExperience hiring for AI/ML, AdTech, or SaaS companies.Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).Background in employer branding or DEI initiatives.
