This is a fantastic opportunity for a BIM professional to lead on multiple projects and drive the studio’s digital delivery forward.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will bring a solid background in BIM coordination, with strong Revit expertise and a deep understanding of BIM workflows. You will take ownership of BIM processes across various projects, support design teams, and uphold high standards in digital designimplementation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee BIM coordination across several architectural projectsManage BIM resources, track project budgets, and ensure timely deliveryDevelop and maintain studio BIM standards, templates, and content librariesDeliver training and ongoing BIM support to internal teamsConduct clash detection, model audits, and generate issue reportsEnsure all work aligns with project specifications, studio protocols, and industry regulationsLiaise with clients, consultants, and external collaborators to maintain coordinated workflowsAct as the go-to person for all BIM-related technical support and adviceSkills & ExperienceAdvanced Revit skills with thorough knowledge of BIM Level 2 standardsProven experience in a BIM coordination or digital design roleCompetency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital visualisation toolsStrong communication, troubleshooting, and team collaboration skillsEnthusiastic about innovation, technology, and sharing digital knowledgeSalary & Benefits£50k – £60k per annum (dependent on experience)Flexible hybrid working optionsGenerous annual leaveFriendly, creative studio cultureOngoing training and professional development supportHow to ApplyIf you’re a motivated BIM Coordinator ready to play a key role in a forward-thinking London studio, we’d love to hear from you.
