Flexibility with travel and prolonged periods away from home is essential for this role.This role has a clear development path for the right person, leading into Project Engineering positions in the future.The Package:Salary 34,000-37,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hrs/week)Overtime PayCompany Van for professional useSite AllowancePension SchemeThe Role:Supervise and participate in mechanical site work, including installation, mechanical fitting and fabrication.Lead a team of site operatives.Ensure quality, safety and budget compliance.Carry out checks on tools, PPE and equipment, ensuring readiness and complianceMaintain safe working practices and report site incidents or near missesIdentify and isolate non-conforming work or materialsRequirements:Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor, Site Lead, Installation Lead, Installation Supervisor, Installation Manager or similar.Proven background in one or more: wear-resistant linings, mechanical fitting, or steel fabrication.Experience in shutdowns, maintenance, or large site projectsSafety passport (ECITB or equivalent)Full UK driving licenceWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
