This role is vital in promoting safe fleet behaviours, improving audit and KPI processes, managing driver awareness, and driving initiatives to reduce risks such as speeding.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.As Fleet Safety Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of our fleet operations, ensuring our teams remain safe, compliant, and efficient.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily fleet operations and manage team queriesMonitor fleet KPIs and implement improvement actionsConduct van inspections and co-ordinate servicing and MOT schedulesLead the development and delivery of Toolbox TalksManage and promote driver training and incentive schemesAnalyse business system data weekly to drive performance improvementsLead the implementation of a long-term Fleet Strategy aligned with business goalsServe as the primary contact for employees throughout the fleet lifecycleWork with suppliers to manage fleet needs efficientlyMaintain and update fleet policies, rules, and proceduresTrack and report fleet performance against targets, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For:Strong knowledge of fleet operations and complianceExperience in leading safety initiatives and driver trainingExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to analyse data and implement action plansProactive, solution-focused approachTPBN1_UKTJ
