Our technical precision, site discipline, and problem-solving capability have earned us a loyal and growing client base of developers, main contractors, and fabricators.Were now building a regional sales force to match that delivery reputation and were hiring independent Regional Sales Managers to lead the charge in their areas.About the RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager, youll own your patch whether thats the Midlands, London, or the South/South-West. Youll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, quoting work, and converting opportunities into profitable jobs.This is a full-cycle sales role: part business development, part commercial quoting, part client negotiation. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with our operations team to align workload and delivery.Well support you with tools like Barbour ABI, inbound enquiries, and CRM (Capsule).
