If youre looking for a role that is both technically stimulating and professionally rewarding, this could be the perfect next step.Key Responsibilities:GMP EqualisationCollating and analysing scheme informationIdentifying data gaps and managing data rectificationRunning calculations using GMPe workbooks and interpreting resultsProducing and issuing project reports and trustee updatesLeading and managing end-to-end project deliveryData Cleanse / RectificationUpdating data in line with The Pensions Regulators Common and Conditional data standardsPerforming and verifying benefit calculations for rectification exercisesLeading full project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and complianceWider Project Work:Alongside GMP Equalisation and Rectification, youll support other high-value projects such as:Buy-ins and buy-outsScheme wind-upsScheme implementationAutomation of calculations for larger schemesStrong background in pensions administration or consultingExperience Required:Strong background in pensions administration or consultingIn-depth knowledge of GMP equalisation processesExcellent data analysis and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholdersProficiency with Excel and pensions calculation tools/workbooksBenefits:Fully remote workingBonus (unlimited threshold)Profit share schemeStrong pension and many more!
