You will help ensure a seamless and professional client experience.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails, resolving or forwarding queriesProduce general correspondence using mail mergeManage the shared office diary and schedule appointmentsSupport Property Managers with uploading and maintaining recordsAssist with contractor, leaseholder, and client communicationsAttend internal meetings and support team administrationUphold company standards and TPI codes of practiceThe Person:We are looking for a confident, well-spoken administrator with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to office support.A professional, organised individual who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, team-based environment will do well in this role.Skills & Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in a phone-based or customer service roleStrong admin background, including Outlook and WordProficiency in diary management and document handlingCalm, confident manner with a team-oriented attitudeAdditional Information:This is a full-time, office-based role in ShrewsburyFree parking is available on-siteFull training and support provided
