One of our fastest-growing verticals is co-branded partnershipsworking with top-tier supplement and fitness brands to bring premium custom products to life.The RoleWe're hiring a Partner Success & Program Coordinator to manage the seamless delivery of these projects from purchase order through to delivery. Youll be the central coordinatorkeeping partners informed, timelines on track, and internal teams aligned to deliver outstanding experiences.What Youll DoPartner SuccessAct as the main point of contact for co-branded partners and international distributors post-sale.Provide clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and execution.Program CoordinationManage internal teams (design, logistics, finance, compliance) and external suppliers through all phases: PO, artwork, sampling, production, freight, and delivery.Maintain project trackers, approvals, and deadlines.Anticipate risks and resolve issues before they escalate.Ensure all deliverables are fully compliant with relevant product regulations and market standards.Distributor EnablementSupport the onboarding and operational success of international distributors.Provide access to required assets, packaging specs, and compliance documentation.Track production and launch milestones for each market.What Were Looking For3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or customer successideally in consumer products, logistics, or manufacturing.Native-level British English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a process-driven mindset.Why Join Promixx?Join a high-growth, design-led wellness brand working with top global partners.Make a visible impact on exciting projects across fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle.Be part of a small, driven team with plenty of autonomy and ownership.Remote-first culture with occasional in-person days in Cardiff or Colchester.Role Type: Full-timeLocation: UK or Germany (must be based in one of these countries)Language Requirement: Native-level British EnglishSalary Range: 26,000 38,000 / 28,000 40,000 (depending on experience and location)How to Apply:Please submit your CV and a short cover letter explaining why youre a great fit for this role.
