Are you excited by the idea of playing a key role in the successful rollout of a major student systems implementation?Were looking for a confident and proactive Systems Trainer / Lead to join a major transformation programme at a forward-thinking university who are undergoing a massive transformation project.Role: Systems Training LeadEmployment Type: FTC until October 2026 initiallyLocation: London 1-2 days a week onsite but this is not regularSalary: 35,885 to 42,227.57 (inclusive of London weighting)Benefits: 30 days of annual leave allowance courses (+bank holidays and university closures), discounted university + 19% Pension schemeThis is a highly collaborative role where youll play a key part in embedding new digital capabilities across the student lifecycle.What You'll Be DoingWorking closely with SMEs in designing and delivering engaging training sessions and materials for new student systems as per releases (Release one is Admissions)Providing first-line support and expert advice to system users across multiple departmentsAdvising on best practice use of the system to improve user efficiency and data qualitySupporting the transition from legacy systems and helping embed the new solutionLeading your own workstreams and contributing to a positive change cultureCollaborating across business areas to identify user needs and training gapsWhat Were Looking ForProven experience in systems training design and deliveryStrong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience providing 1st-line systems support, ideally in education or public sectorProject experience involving system transitions and user onboardingDesirable SkillsHigher Education experienceExperience working on Implementation of SITS or knowledge of SITS as student systemExperience working as a Trainer on a major transformation projectThe new system will provide capabilities in all areas of Student management from Admissions, Records, Progression, Awards and Graduation as well as further capabilities in Finance, Course & Curriculum Management and Reporting.
