Brand, Motion & Illustration Studio Im working with one of the most creatively exciting studios in Leeds a bold, ideas-led brand and motion agency thats looking for a Senior Designer to join their growing team! This is a seriously creative studio with a razor-sharp strategic edge combining beautiful design, bold illustration, and high-impact motion to build brands people love. Youll be working with top-tier clients like Netflix, Sweaty Betty, and Paramount creating standout identities, campaigns, and visuals that blend illustration, 3D and storytelling across every touchpoint. What theyre looking for:4+ years experience in a brand or creative studioA portfolio that showcases outstanding design, illustration and art directionConfidence leading projects across branding, packaging, illustration and campaignStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and a good understanding of animation toolsSomeone whos passionate about pop culture, entertainment and visual storytelling A confident communicator, comfortable building client relationshipsA natural collaborator who loves to inspire and push creative boundariesWhat youll be doing:Leading bold, story-driven brand and campaign projectsWorking closely with strategists, copywriters and motion teamsTaking creative ownership from concept to deliveryPresenting work internally and to high-profile clientsMentoring junior creatives and helping shape studio standardsWhats on offer: 40,000 to 50,000 depending on experience On-site role in a creative, collaborative Leeds studio 25 days holiday + your birthday off + studio closure over Christmas A supportive, ambitious and ideas-rich cultureIf youre a Senior Designer ready for your next creative challenge and want to work with some of the biggest names in entertainment and lifestyle Id love to hear from you.
