The role is a client-facing one, so having strong communication skills is a must. The candidate will advise the client verbally and using a template complete a planning checklist for each client.Responsibilities:- Compile phone consultations with the clients- Prepare Feasibility reports studies,- Write Planning and Design Access Statements,- Submit planning applications and manage the communications with the council until the decision is made,Requirements:RTPI-certified Town PlannerBachelor's degree in Urban PlanningStrong knowledge of land planning principles and practicesExcellent report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex informationStrong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and ability to analyze data for informed decision-makingThe role is home-based so there is a degree of flexibility but hours of work are generally speaking from 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday.Please email your CV to hello@homz.ukRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
