What Youll Be DoingChampioning commercial awareness across project teamsEnsuring compliance with internal procedures and governancePreparing internal and client-facing commercial reportsManaging valuationsOverseeing subcontractor accounts and procurement schedulesAdministering contracts, managing change, and maintaining registers, applications for payment, and cost reportingIdentifying commercial risks and opportunitiesEngaging with clients What Were Looking ForBSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or equivalentStrong background in civil engineering and/or rail (rail experience preferred)Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a ready-to-step-up Quantity SurveyorFamiliarity with NEC contracts and standard methods of measurementExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel Whats In It for You?Competitive day rates DOE2 years+ project durationHybrid working About RKA AssociatesRKA Associates is a forward-thinking commercial consultancy with a diverse, inclusive workforce and a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.
