The Delivery Obligations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of Delivery Obligations and Ex Ante for the projects within the assigned programme(s). This critical role will ensure that all capital investment is delivered in a manner that maximizes inclusion in the Regulated Asset Base, minimizing financial exposure and driving continuous improvement.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic stakeholder management and leadership on all elements of Delivery Obligations and Ex Ante within the programme(s) - Develop the approach to confidently set Delivery Obligations at the appropriate gateway milestones - Lead on finalizing Delivery Obligations ahead of the investment decision, securing internal and external approvals - Manage Delivery Obligation performance reporting and analysis, identifying risks and opportunities - Oversee Delivery Obligation closeout and Ex Ante calculation at project completion Requirements: - Degree qualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent academic achievement - Professional qualifications or evidence of continued personal development - Extensive experience in Project Management and/or PMO, including design, construction, and transformational change - Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders This is an exceptional opportunity to work for one of worlds busiest airports and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a major regulated business.
