Oncology Learning and Development Manager - 500 per day (outside IR35)Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.One of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies requires an Oncology Learning and Development manager for an initial 6 month contract.Become a key contributor to the UK Oncology Business Unit in the role of Learning and Capability Development Manager. This position is essential in shaping the proficiency and expertise of our Sales, Medical, and Diagnostic field force teams. You will spearhead the creation and delivery of comprehensive scientific training programs, ensuring our teams possess a robust understanding of therapy areas, adhering to ABPI standards for all customer-facing functions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate within a dynamic team to ensure that our customer-facing teams receive comprehensive and compliant training, staying current with the latest scientific insights related to their specific tumour areas, including disease, treatment, and guidelines.Implement innovative and flexible training solutions, utilising digital, omnichannel, and advanced learning technologies to deliver essential scientific knowledge and updates.Partner with Global Oncology Training and Development teams to develop and tailor existing training materials, guaranteeing all local training resources are current and relevant.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for learning and oncology to play a vital role in developing the capabilities of a high-performing team.
