Working closely with brands to connect them with talent that is at the heart of their audience.MEDEA Management are seeking a Talent Manager to join our Manchester-based team; if you love social media and connecting with people, this could be the job for you!Responsibilities:Managing content creators in terms of partnerships across social media platforms [Instagram, YouTube and TikTok]Fulfilling targets in terms of revenue per content creatorLiaising with content creators on anything necessaryManaging emails on behalf of content creatorsReaching out to potential new partners for collaborations on behalf of content creatorsProvide weekly updates to your content creators on current deals in processUpdating spreadsheets on a weekly/monthly basis to track earningsReading contracts on behalf of content creatorsExperience:Experience within the influencer industryTo be highly organisedAbout the role:Annual salary of 24-6K upwards with performance based bonus and comissions Flexible working hoursCasual dress codeOn-site parkingSalary dependent on experience
