With a growing pipeline of work across London and the South East, we are looking to strengthen our pre-construction team with an experienced Estimator.The RoleAs an Estimator, you will play a key role in the tendering process, working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams. Youll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from 5m to 30m.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissionsAnalyse drawings, specifications, and other documentationLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricingAttend site visits and pre-tender meetingsWork collaboratively with the commercial and delivery teamsIdeal CandidateProven experience as an Estimator with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractorStrong knowledge of construction methods and building regulationsExcellent analytical and numerical skillsProficient in estimating software (e.g., ConQuest, Causeway, Excel)Strong communication and negotiation skillsWhat They OfferCompetitive salary up to 90,000Car allowance or travel expensesPension schemePrivate healthcareCareer development opportunities in a growing business
