This person will play a key role in delivering content that supports the global roll-out of the SuccessFactors HRIS system across 38 countries and in 13 languages.What Youll DoDesign engaging L&D materials including e-learning modules, instructional videos, guides, and microlearning contentLead content creation to support the SuccessFactors HRIS training implementation globallyBuild a scalable, self-serve knowledge base for post-rollout BAU learning supportLeverage AI tools to personalise and scale learning designManage localisation and translation of content for regional useDevelop Train-the-Trainer resources and support local facilitatorsCollaborate with SMEs and HR teams to define learning objectivesApply analytics and feedback to continuously improve training materialsEnsure cultural relevance and brand consistency across all formatsWhat Youll BringExperience creating L&D content in a global corporate environmentProven background designing training for HRIS platforms like SuccessFactorsStrong instructional design, writing, and editing skillsFamiliarity with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate) and video/graphic design softwareExperience managing translation workflows and adapting content for cultural contextsAbility to work at pace across multiple stakeholders and complex training programsCreative mindset with attention to detail and learner engagementWhy Join?
