You will be responsible for making sure all service visits, repairs, and maintenance work are carried out smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.Main duties include:Leading and supporting the service team to meet daily targets and customer expectationsPlanning and managing service schedules, repair visits, and maintenance workEnsuring all health and safety guidelines are followedActing as a point of technical support for the teamLooking for ways to improve service processes and customer satisfactionBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent serviceThe CandidateThe right person for this role will have:At least 5 years experience in the vending and coffee machine industryPrevious experience managing or leading a service or engineering teamGood technical knowledge of coffee and vending equipment maintenance and repairStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsA positive, customer-focused attitude with good communication skillsA full UK driving licenceThis is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys leading a team and making a real difference to customers in a growing and forward-thinking business.
