Level | 2-3 years+ experience within a similar role Based | Lincoln Hybrid | 1-2 days working from home availableOffer | 45,000 - 55,000 per annumWe are working with a reputable law firm based in Lincoln who are looking to hire a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.Theyre ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience and would be open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and deeds of variation.Typical duties would include:Undertaking both domestic and other conveyancing workHandling and developing a mixed caseloadPreparing and undertaking necessary searchesProducing standard contract documentationDealing with enquiriesManaging a small team.The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience working in a similar role.
