Youll be part of a collaborative national team, with the flexibility to work from home and travel across the region. Key ResponsibilitiesLand & Property ManagementOversee rural property matters including rent reviews, leases, licences, and land management contractsProvide expert advice on agricultural systems and agri-environment schemesNegotiate wayleaves, easements, and landlord consentsAcquisitions & DisposalsLead on the acquisition of land and property for operational and strategic purposesManage valuations and negotiations for purchases, leases, and disposalsRisk & ComplianceSupport internal audits and ensure compliance with grant schemesHelp develop systems to manage legal, financial, and reputational risksCollaboration & SupportWork closely with surveyors, area managers, and project teamsShare knowledge and best practices across a national networkProvide on-site advice to optimise land use and financial returns Candidate ProfileChartered Surveyor (RICS Rural or equivalent)Strong post-qualification experience in rural estate managementKnowledge of agricultural subsidies and cross-compliance in EnglandExcellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work independentlyWillingness to travel and stay overnight when required Whats on OfferSupport for CPD and professional membership feesA role with real impact in a values-driven organisationA collaborative, supportive team cultureFlexible working and autonomy in your day-to-dayReady to take the next step in your surveying career?
