Oversee the use of appropriate materials and workmanship to deliver high-quality results and value for money. Responsible for signing off completed works, attending handovers, and conducting independent end-of-day inspections on behalf of the client.Technical Knowledge & CompliancePossess strong knowledge of building construction practices, including familiarity with CDM regulations and current health and safety legislation. Previous experience in a similar role within construction or refurbishment environments is essential. Experience with Decent Homes projects is advantageous.Attention to Detail & Quality FocusDemonstrate a meticulous approach to inspections, ensuring both technical standards and health and safety requirements are rigorously upheld. Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Communication & Contractor ManagementExhibit excellent communication skills and a strong background in customer service.
