An established and growing consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver high-quality schemes. This role will see you manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, with autonomy and full client exposure.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead the project team, coordinate with all stakeholders, and ensure the smooth running of every phase.Key Responsibilities:Lead planning and delivery across the full project lifecycleDevelop project timelines, budgets and risk strategiesCoordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliersOversee H&S, regulatory compliance and quality standardsConduct regular site visits and monitor progressLead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder communicationManage client expectations and handle change requests effectivelyWhat Were Looking For:Consultancy-side Project Management experience is essentialStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project)Construction-related degreeRICS or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not essentialWhats on Offer:Salary: 60,000 75,000 depending on experiencePerformance-related bonus (up to 10%)28 days holiday + bank holidays, plus additional long service daysOption to purchase up to 5 extra leave days per yearPension: up to 5% matched contribution (salary sacrifice available)EV salary sacrifice schemeOne professional membership paid annuallyThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a supportive consultancy with clear progression and real project ownership.Interested in hearing more?
