Project Manager (events)Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Were partnering with a specialist technology company providing services that to some of the worlds most high-profile live events, including major sporting fixtures, international music events and corporate experiences.Theyre looking for an experienced Events or Project Manager to take ownership of how their services are delivered into complex, time-sensitive event ecosystems. This is not about managing the event itself, but making sure their contribution lands precisely, reliably and with credibility.Youll be responsible for scoping, planning and coordinating delivery, both in the run-up to events and on site. That includes working with event organisers, clients, contractors, venue teams and internal technical staff to make sure the service is correctly positioned and flawlessly executed.What youll bring:Proven experience delivering services or infrastructure into high-pressure live environmentsConfident presence when representing a company in front of clients and stakeholdersStrong coordination skills, able to manage dependencies, timelines and handoversClear, professional communication, written, verbal and face-to-faceWillingness to travel regularly, including international assignmentsOrganised, structured and calm, comfortable dealing with moving parts under pressureFamiliarity with task management systems (e.g. Jira or similar) and general office toolsIt helps if you also have:Experience operating within large event ecosystems, even if not managing the event directlyExposure, even as a user, to event tech, access systems or security infrastructureA natural ability to keep delivery on track while others around you are adapting or improvisingA general interest in technologyExcited by travel and being part of major eventsThis role would suit someone who has supplied services into events, whether in sports, exhibitions, broadcast or corporate environments, and understands what it means to deliver under scrutiny.Please get in touch to find out more.
