A well established and highly regarded law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, to join their busy team!Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will be responsible for their own case load to include:Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesRemortgageTransfer of equityPotentially some new build workThe successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will offer the following skill set/background:Be a qualified Residential Conveyancer - as a Solicitor permitted to practice in England and Wales; a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive. Applications will also be considered from unqualified fee earners with relevant experience/technical knowledgeHave at least 3 years PQEIdeally have a following - not essentialBe willing (and have experience) of networking and business development - nurturing and growing existing relationships within the local areaSolid technical skills akin to your experience as a ConveyancerBe a keen team playerThe successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will enjoy a fun and friendly environment which is inclusive and diverse.
