Functional interfaces with the other work site departments (QC, Process and Planning Department, Staff Planning Manager, logistic, H&S), the Head Office Engineering and Project departments, site (QA, H&S) and Client's supervision or safety authorities.Ky responsibilitiesCoordinating the works done by the teams for carrying out all the works within the scope and including the supervision on the sub-contracted worksProviding the interfaces with the engineering and suppliers (in collaboration with on-site Process and Planning Department) for solving any technical problems which may be encountered during the assembly stageEnsuring the balance between the time schedule and the equipmentTaking the necessary steps for meeting time schedule and required level of quality performanceAnticipating the needs of extra-staff or reducing staffing levels according to the global bar chart of the work sitePromoting anticipations or reconsidering the time scheduleIn collaboration with the EM2 Logistic Department, anticipating and centralizing the requests for having available equipment, consumables and handling equipment necessary for the future assembly worksWeekly notification about all the activities for the attention of Construction ManagerGiving Construction Manager an account of technical, equipment or physical riskInforming all the team (overseas or local staff, sub-contractors) about administrative or Hygiene and Security regulations and enforcing themChecking the working hours of the team before transmission to the Construction ManagerResponsible forgathering and listing any information which may be useful as feedback in order to improve our assembly operationsKey skillsMechanical assembly knowledgeCoordinationEPR knowledgePrimary Circuit knowledgeKnowlege/soft skillsAbility to manage a small team (of expatriate and local personnel) and subcontractorsAbility to establish quality relationships with the different interfacing internal and external units.Working in confined and enclosed spacesA disciplined approach and good organizational skillsTPBN1_UKTJ
